EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I called to see if they could pull a vehicle from the mud that had gotten stuck. I had trouble understanding the guy that answered the phone and had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. After about 1 minute of conversation he became frustrated and yelled into the phone "Whatever man, f*%k off!" before hanging up. I'm really not sure what kind of business this is but I have never had that sort of reaction from any decent person in a business. I may have just caught this guy on a very bad day but there is no excuse for that. I can only imagine how much of a nightmare it would have been to deal with these people had we actually been able to hire them.
